Welcome to EMZA Beauty Studio! Hi, I’m Jenny, a licensed cosmetologist specializing in lash extensions and body waxing. My goal is to provide high-quality services in a relaxing, welcoming environment where every client feels comfortable and cared for. Because I also work full-time as a hairstylist, appointments are limited. I truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you! Location B Lavish Studio 2430 Quaker Ave Lubbock, TX ⸻ Lash Appointment Guidelines * Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. * Keep your eyes closed throughout the service. * Avoid caffeine before your appointment. * Remove contact lenses before your appointment. * Please do not bring extra guests. * Silence your phone whenever possible. * If you feel uncomfortable or need a break, please let me know at any time. Wax Appointment Guidelines Please: * Arrive freshly showered. * Hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). * Avoid tanning for 24 hours before and after your appointment. * Avoid retinoids and strong exfoliants on the treatment area for several days before your appointment. * Wear loose, comfortable clothing after your service. * If you are menstruating, you may still receive a wax if you’re comfortable wearing a tampon or menstrual cup. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a shortened or canceled appointment. ⸻ Deposit, Cancellation & No-Show Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. * Cancellations or reschedules made 24+ hours in advance may transfer the deposit one time. * Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit. * No-shows will forfeit the deposit. * Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. In that case, the deposit will be forfeited. By booking, you agree to this policy. ⸻ No Refund Policy Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are final and non-refundable. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact me within 72 hours so I have the opportunity to evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a complimentary adjustment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
* Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may transfer the deposit one time to a new appointment.
* Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
* Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit.
* If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled or shortened to avoid delaying other clients. If the appointment must be canceled due to tardiness, the deposit will be forfeited.
